Here are five things in technology that happened in the past week and how they affect your business. Did you miss them?
1 – How ChatGPT in Microsoft Office can change the workplace.
According to recent reports, Microsoft is planning to add the chatbot technology Open AI – known as ChatGPT – to PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and the entire productivity suite. While the integration is expected to contribute to productivity when performing tasks such as emails, reports, and presentations, many experts point to issues such as ChatGPT’s lack of accuracy, privacy concerns, and more. 2 – Cloudflare unveils a suite to maximize remote collaboration and productivity.
Web security company Cloud Flame recently announced plans to launch its new Digital Experience Monitoring suite. The new suite will consist of an all-in-one dashboard that will provide leaders in the IT space with real-time, historical, and predictive information about performance, network issues, and app failures, helping employees maintain productivity. 3 – Shoppers expect seamless BNPL both online and in-store.
A recent survey found that more than three-quarters of those who shop both online and in-person have higher expectations when it comes to Buy Now Pay Later – commonly known as BNPL – and checkout in general. The data also showed that a quarter of consumers combine e-commerce with in-store shopping, and are more likely to shop at retailers that offer the option of BNPL, both in their brick-and-mortar stores and online.
